Robinson Residential Design Inc. has been a leader in residential architecture since 1996, founded by John and Janet Robinson and later joined by new owners Mike Herperger & Leif Sauder. Leif Sauder

Leif has been with the firm for 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience in architectural design and drafting. Since joining in 2005, he has played a key role in projects ranging from custom homes to multi family developments and commercial spaces. As the Operations Director, Leif ensures seamless project execution. His diverse skill set, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach allow him to tackle unique design challenges and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

Stephanie Lefebvre

Stephanie began her career with the company in 2015 and has since progressed into a leadership role as a Lead Designer before moving into her current position as Design Manager. In addition to overseeing design projects, Stephanie also works closely with the Interior Design team as a Finish Consultant. Her ability to balance creativity with functionality makes her a valued Designer and an integral part of the Robinson team.

Shilynne Ward

Shilynne joined the team in 2023, bringing with her five years of experience in residential and commercial design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design and is actively working toward professional registration, currently serving as an Intern Member of the Interior Designers Association of Saskatchewan. Since joining Robinson Residential, Shilynne has been instrumental in expanding the company’s interior design offerings, contributing a fresh and thoughtful design perspective that enhances every project she touches.

Tristan joined our team in 2010. He started with us as an Architectural Technologist moving into the Development Manager position. Tristan helps our junior employees develop their skill sets as well as ensuring our standards are consistently up to date and align with our commitment to continual improvement. His approachable leadership style and depth of experience make him a trusted mentor and an integral part of the team.

Faith first connected with the team during a student work term before joining full-time. Her commitment to growth has helped her specialize in energy modeling, multifamily developments, residential construction detailing, energy advising and human resources. Alongside her technical role, Faith leads the company’s HR initiatives—fostering staff development, supporting a strong workplace culture, and refining internal processes. Her positive outlook, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning make her a valued Project Lead and respected team member.

Justice graduated with distinction from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, where he was awarded the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Achievement Scholarship. Since joining the company, he has transitioned from an Architectural Technologist into a key role as a Designer. Justice is known for his clear communication and approachable style, creating a positive and engaging experience for clients throughout the design process.

Lucas discovered his passion for architecture and construction at a young age. Lucas started with Robinson Residential after he graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2023 with a diploma in Architectural Technologies, earning the prestigious Instructors Award. Known for his reliability and technical precision, Lucas has quickly become the go-to team member that others frequently delegate tasks to, trusting his ability to get the details right.
